Terms and Conditions Acceptance
The booking of the Bedrooms or the Apartment implies acceptance of these regulations. The booker is liable for own actions and behavior and other guests present in the accomodation.
Prices are expressed in Euros and are considered per apartment or per room with private bathroom for the booked dates.
The payed price includes electricity, water, gas and internet, cleaning services and sanitization of kitchen, beds and bathroom linen, the use of furnishings and accessories for common uses that are specified in the inventory lists present in the folder located in each room.
The linen change is performed at check out time. There is no private parking. The price does not include a security deposit, supplements for damages, shortages, breakdowns and any other service may be requested from the customer after booking and reservation.
MilanHolidays reserves the right to change the published prices of apartment and bedrooms at any time and without notice. The price reserved at the time of booking/reservation (excluding any extras) will not be changed under any circumstances.
Any damage found in the apartment or in the rooms and in the annexed services will require a money extra compensation quantified on the basis of the estimated damage. By booking the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
Reservation and deposit
It is possible to make an online reservation using the booking system on our website www.milanholidays.eu/bookings.
To confirm the reservation, personal data, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the booking period, the number of people, the details of a valid credit / debit card or accepted circuit must be communicated.
In case of doubts about the use of the online booking system, it is possible to request information, quotes and payments using the form on the "Contact Us" page of "www.milanholidays.eu/contact-us" website.
Please provide the correct data in order to be contacted.
The cancellation penalty depends on the offer booked. We suggest you to check the conditions before booking.
Reservations are divided into "refundable" and "no-refundable".
"Refundable" reservations are reservations that can be refunded by a deadline prior to check-in (changes in the time frame of the "refundable" offer may be applied. Please check the period of validity of the offer before reservation). In case of cancellation for the refundable offer (eg within 14 days from check in) the payed price will be refunded up to 14 days before arrival (eg Check-in January 15th = Free cancellation by midnight on 1st January). The amount paid will be returned to the same payment method used during the booking process. Cancellations made after thie refundable deadline involve the loss of the entire payed amount.
"No-refundable" bookings have a discounted price compared to "refundable" reservations. The discount varies according to the period. This option does not provide for a refund under any circumstances for cancellations after the reservation/booking.
In case of early check-out for all purchase options, the entire agreed booking amount will be retained.
Requests for changes or cancellations of reservations can be made and accepted after verification by the manager of the possibility and availability of the structure. Changes and / or cancellations must be submitted in writing, within the terms of the booking, by sending an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" or contacting us by the form present in the section of "www.milanholidays.eu/contact-us" .
Unavailability of the accommodation occurred
If "majeure forces" prevents the availability of the booked accommodation, MilanHolidays reserves the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics to the booked one (same price range), or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the guest with the same booking costs. The guest won't be able to make further claims or compensation requests. Hence, no further claims for reimbursement or compensation will be considered.
Rules on the management of MilanHolidays
MilanHolidays will provide for the change of linen and apartment cleaning services at each customer change. In case of long booking period a weekly or midweek linen change and cleaning services will be provided. Any requests for linen change done by guests will require an extra cost of € 10.00 per person.
Linen means sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person.
The structure is equipped with beds, pillows and blankets, wardrobe, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, table with chairs, flat screen televisions in all rooms, central lighting, bedside lamps or wall lamps, table for the consumption of meals. with chairs, sofa / bed in the living room with seats equal to 2, broom, shovel, bucket, floor mop, drying rack, dishwasher, Foen washer and dryer, tools for managing remote access, furniture and kits.
The inventory of all the furnishings and kits certifying the quantity and state of the latter is present in the racks and displays in the rooms of the apartment.
Any failure of objects defined in the inventory list and in general in the apartment / rooms and in the condominium appurtenances will require a penalty cost for the guests which will be quantified on the basis of the damage.
Arrival - Balance - Security Deposit
At least 24 hours before arrival, given the absence of a reception service, the customer must communicate the exact time of arrival to the manager, to receive an adequate welcome and support at check-in. On the day of arrival, the apartment can be taken over from 3.30 pm to 11.30 pm. Late check-ins must be communicated in advance and will be considered discretionally of each time. An extra price may be requested for entrances beyond this time period.
Guests must provide the manager with a valid identity document. If valid documents are not shown, the reservation will be canceled and the entire amount paid will be retained.
Check-in can be done physically by the manager or via remote access. Apartment and bedrooms entrance codes will be provided for access and check-out procedures will be explained. In specific cases, a security deposit of € 100.00 may be required for any damage and / or shortages attributable to the reservation. The security deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after check of the bedrooms/apartment states by the manager, in case of no damages and / or shortages are identified. In case of damage or shortages a extra compensation will be evaluated by the manager and required an extra payment before departure.
The following payment methods are accepted: cash, debit / credit cards (visa, mastercard, maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Union Pay), Paypal and bank transfer.
Departure - Return of the property
Check-out will be done independently by yourself, taking care to leave the rooms in the best possible state, without damages or theft, closing the doors, leaving any keys in the accommodation as found on arrival time. Any damage will be charged to the payment method used or alternatively with other payment methods accepted by the structure if explicitly requested by the guest. The apartment / rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of check-out, unless otherwise agreed, to allow cleaning services.
Animals are not accepted.
Rules during the stay
We recommend to check the efficiency of the apartment and the rooms / services and to communicate any anomalies or deficiencies no later than 24 hours after check-in. Anamolias, damages or shortcomings reported after this deadline will be attributed to the guest himself who will be responsible for any extra compensation.
It is strictly forbidden to make a copy of the keys provided or found at the property: trespassing this rule, in the absence of authorization, will be done a criminal offense punishable by law. In case of loss / non-return of the keys, a refund of € 100.00 is foreseen for the the damage caused.
It is forbidden to stay in the stucture in a number of people higher than the maximum allowed. It is forbidden to let strangers in without having previously communicated it to the manager and having received express consent.
All accommodations are delivered clean and in working order. The customer must acts for the daily cleaning of the apartment / rooms (if not requested the extra cleaning service and for a fee) and will be responsible for its integrity. It is forbidden to dislocate the furniture from their original position. Upon return of the property, the customer will be obliged to leave the accommodation in acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning and ordering of the rooms, the kitchenette and the dishes, otherwise a minimum penalty of € 50.00 will be request. On request, midweek cleaning and linen changes are possible (for a extra-fee).
The tenant is required to observe the common rules relating to quiet especially in the afternoon and night, avoiding disturbing noises and cackles. Particular silence must be respected between 22.00 and 8.00 and between 13.00 and 17.00. Parents are asked to constantly watch over their children so that they do not disturb. In cases of particularly uncomfortable situations, in which these rules are not respected, the manager reserves the right to free the rooms (rooms and apartment) from people and things.
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the property entrusted to him. The dishes and other equipment of the house (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or transported outside the structure. All defaults will result in charges assessed from time to time. Guests will be held responsible and will have to pay compensation for any damage, breakage or loss of goods caused by them, or by visitors present during their stay at the accommodation. Items that will be replaced or repaired must have the same quality and functionality as the originals. Failures caused by the tenant or those of ordinary maintenance will be charged to the tenant and the amounts withheld through the same payment method used during the booking process.
In doubtful cases, the person in charge will withhold the amount deemed appropriate for the restoration of the environments and will return any difference upon request certified by the receipt of the expense incurred.
It is absolutely forbidden to take the linen out of the accommodation. Care is required in the use of furnishings, kits, sheets and bathroom sets provided. In the event of shortages, damage or hostile stains on the items present in the structure, the cost for replacement will be charged.
The customer expressly exonerates the manager from any responsibility for direct or indirect damages that could derive from innocent interruptions of essential services such as electricity ,gas, water, internet.
Inside the apartment are made available to guests, information and tourist brochures. For any additional information, guests should refer to the structure.
MilanHolidays decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects owned by guests left in the rooms or in common places and for any accidents, thefts, damage to persons or things only occurring inside the property.
As required by art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, "MilanHolidays" will process the personal data you provide in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Pursuant to and for the purposes of this legislation, the processing carried out is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the customer. The provision of data is optional. In case of failure to provide them, the structure will not be able to take into consideration the request for a stay within its own structure. The data communicated will be used exclusively for legal obligations (registration with the competent authorities) as described by the T.U.L.P.S. and for the payment of the tourist tax (3 € / person / night). Personal data will not be retained for advertising or other purposes unless expressly requested and signed by the customer. The personal data provided will be collected electronically and processed, also with the aid of electronic means. The Data Controller is "MilanHolidays".
This regulation has immediate validity. Failure to comply with even one of the rules described above leads to the cancellation of the reservation and the removal of guests from the structure without any right of reimbursement or compensation.
